MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 12+ years of project management experience across engineering, construction, or technical system projects.
• Strong understanding of BMS integration strategies and data center infrastructure requirements.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documents.
• Familiar with field installation practices and coordinating technical infrastructure.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and hands-on.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, Tridium Niagara NX4, LEED or equivalent certification
• Experience with smart building platforms, BMS commissioning protocols, and data center operational standards.

As a Construction Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-performance infrastructure and retrofit projects focused on Building Management System (BMS) integration within mission-critical environments such as data centers. These projects encompass mechanical systems upgrades, smart controls deployment, and energy optimization strategies tailored to complex technical facilities. You will manage the full lifecycle of construction activities, ensuring alignment with client operational goals, uptime requirements, and sustainability targets. Meets all professional and legal requirements for performing the work assigned. Out-of-state travel may range up to 30%.
