JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee local job sites and ensure work is being completed accurately, efficiently, and according to plan. This role involves meeting with the President of the company each morning to review the day’s objectives, followed by traveling to project sites to monitor progress, coordinate with crews, and resolve any on-site issues.
Whether you’re an experienced manager or someone with a strong background in construction ready to take the next step, we’re open to the right individual who takes ownership and takes pride in getting the job done right.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior construction experience required; project or crew management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Open to candidates with hands-on experience ready to grow into a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and proactive, with a high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using basic technology (smartphones, tablets, construction apps).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to walk job sites, inspect work, and interact professionally with crews.
  • Willingness to travel locally between job sites daily.

Responsibilities
  • Meet daily with the President to review project goals, updates, and action items.
  • Travel to various local job sites to monitor construction progress and ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule standards.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Identify and report delays, problems, or safety concerns, and take initiative to address them.
  • Assist in scheduling material deliveries, and resource allocation as needed.
  • Communicate updates clearly to both field and office teams.
  • Document site activity, project milestones, and potential risks or deviations.
