Premium Solutions Consultancy is actively looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a specialty in building projects to join our client's team in KSA. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the construction process from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Develop project schedules and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate modifications. Lead, mentor, and support site teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and commitment to excellence. Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets, identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards and deliver superior results. Required Position: Construction Manager – Buildings experience.
