Job description

• You are responsible for monitoring and organizing the entire construction process – from road, civil engineering and foundation construction to plant construction – and you coordinate experts, surveyors and other external specialist partners.
• You manage complex construction projects independently.
• You ensure the coordination of all trades involved in the construction, as well as the coordination with internal departments, planners and external partners, throughout all project phases.
• You plan construction processes and schedules, coordinate compliance with official regulations, and are responsible for correspondence with authorities, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Your responsibilities include the organization, monitoring, and quality assurance of the construction process – including occupational safety, acceptance testing, rework, invoice verification, and documentation.
• You derive recommendations for action regarding project and construction decisions and ensure the safe, economical and timely implementation of construction projects.
