Description
  • Bachelor’s Degree:
  • A bachelor’s degree / M. Degree in construction management, civil engineering, construction science, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
  • 8 to 15 years experience as a Construction Manager in Contracting Field, High Rise Building, Villas , Commercial etc.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Licenced Engineers from Abu Dhabi/Dubai is preferable.

Other Important Skills:

  • Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to handle budgeting and financial management tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Resource Management:
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control and Safety:
  • Ensure projects comply with all safety and building regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other metrics for stakeholders.
