• Responsible for assisting the Project Manager the overall performance of team in the project and prepare the project management and project quality plans and implement them accordingly.
• In charge of implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled time, cost and quality.
• Manage the project staff and the quality of services performed for the project, according to the policies and procedures of the company and the terms of the contract with the client.
• Provide technical knowledge to the client in the PM’s area of expertise to help solve the client’s problems.
• Mediate conflicting technical views from the various disciplines and thereby producing a harmonious working relationship among the technical staff on the project.
• Management of construction works to ensure timely completion and also adherence to environmental and safety standards.
• Finalize project including provisional overhead adjustments, claims, release of retention, signed releases, and client follow-up. Obtain Certification of Completion as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Must have experience on MRT LTA Projects with expertise on Depot or Railway Project.
• Strong sense of leadership, able to motivate and work with team members to deliver project deliverables.
• A proven track record of successful project implementation in construction industry.
