Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for the data center project Oversee earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing requirements Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Conduct site inspections, manage defects, and support handover and close-out activities Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing Strong experience managing: Substructure & superstructure works Steel and concrete structures Architectural and building envelope systems Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards Proven leadership experience managing multiple contractors Strong coordination skills with MEP and commissioning teams Additional Information Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter Instagram LinkedIn It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
