Requirements What You’ll Do As a Construction Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple broadband Outside Plant (OSP) projects — including aerial and underground builds — and guide crews, supervisors, and subcontractors to success. You’ll spend your days: Leading and motivating teams to complete projects safely and efficiently. Coordinating schedules, materials, and field resources to stay on track. Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring expectations are met. Monitoring project quality, budgets, and timelines — and finding smart ways to improve them. Promoting a strong safety culture on every site. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to lead from both the office and the field. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in OSP construction management (fiber, aerial, or underground). Proven ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and oversee multiple projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — with a commitment to quality and safety. Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the Northeast Ohio region.
