PROJECT EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT:
Lead the day-to-day site construction activities for Electrical, Telecom, Instrumentation, and CP scopes.
Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and ADNOC CoPs.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth progress of works.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet schedule milestones and productivity targets.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and approved manpower at site in alignment with project plans.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Interface with ADNOC/CEPEC construction representatives for inspections, approvals, and progress reviews.
Attend daily/weekly coordination meetings with client, consultant, and internal departments.
Ensure timely closure of NCRs, site observations, punch points, and technical queries.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
Propose recovery actions in case of delays or resource shortfalls.
Track material consumption, installation progress, and manpower deployment.
Quality & HSE Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to ADNOC HSE standards and participate in safety audits and toolbox talks.
Ensure that works are carried out as per approved ITPs, checklists, and quality control procedures.
Support QA/QC and HSE departments in inspections, audits, and closeout documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction, with at least 5 years in ADNOC/CEPEC projects.
Proven experience managing E&I and CP construction in brownfield/greenfield environments.
ADNOC Onshore HSE/Construction approvals are highly preferred.
