MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY OUTCOMES
Imtech is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage a project installation team in solving complex construction, installation and logistic challenges through systematic approach to planned and organised construction project plans. This will enable Imtech to continue to grow our unique culture as we grow the business. You’ll be an integral part of the Construction Project team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the project contract and plan and act as a leader regarding Construction and Installation systems.
You will be supporting Project managers, Engineers and supervisors through an exciting time of growth for Imtech, hence your ability to establish your personal and construction management credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor will be key. This is a full time opportunity based at Imtech construction Project sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Construction Manager is an experienced role with the overall responsibility of ensuring an Imtech Project is installed and constructed as per contract and Imtech PDS and so meets Imtech business requirements.
The Construction manager will manage the effective construction of a project from Design, Engineering and Procurement Phases through to handover and close out, and in so doing meet the Company’s objectives in relation to service, profitability and development of relationships .
