A 20 yr old leading Engineering, Interior design and building construction company now diversifying business in the HIgh Rise building industry is looking to hire Construction manager with minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai with High Rise Towers projects.
Candidate should be Civil Engineering graduate with minimum 10 years of working Experience as a site Civil Engineer 10 years working experience in UAE for High Rise Towers and Luxury Villas.
Candidate should be a senior person min 35 yrs of Age and should be senior enough to grow into being the Construction Division Head
Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) from an accredited and reputable University is a must.
Should have Extensive & thorough Knowledge of Construction of High-Rise Towers and should be able to handle multiple projects with a team of foreman and site supervisors.
· Supervising Group of Villas & Buildings.
· Knowledge and understanding of all items of Villas & Buildings.
· With knowledge and experience of Electromechanical works, Condition of Contracts.

• Having minimum 10 years UAE experience in similar position.
• Team working and management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
