| Responsibilities:


- You will independently prepare and confidently manage construction projects in shell construction, prefabricated construction, and turnkey construction

. - Ensuring efficient, seamlessly integrated processes is firmly in your hands

. - In this role, you will bear full responsibility for adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards

. - You will precisely create and monitor construction schedules, enabling you to identify any deviations early on.

- Thanks to your expertise, you will guarantee strict compliance with all relevant regulations and high quality standards.


| Requirements:


- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma)

- Very good knowledge of construction law as well as relevant technical standards and guidelines

- Strong leadership skills and organizational talent

- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor
