Description
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, Determine the different phases of a project and their different scheduling based on baseline already established. · Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. · Manage contracts with Sub-contractors, vendors, architects, and any other necessary person(s.) · Secure licenses and building permits, and deliver equipment and materials to sites under construction. · Develop a detailed project plan Set benchmarks for effective monitoring/tracking progress of construction projects, ensuring its productivity and compliance. · Ensure that issues that may arise in the course of executing a project, including weather condition or other emergencies, that may pose a delay in the project completion, are resolved. · Ensure resource availability and allocating and, sourcing materials, equipment and manpower for carrying out assigned construction work. · Adopt and implement all company processes/procedures involved in construction. · Manage a group of workers; allocates tasks to relevant personnel and recruit a team when the need arises. · Perform risk management to minimize project risks. · Report and escalate to management as needed. · Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage budget for the construction controlling changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. · Bachelors of Engineering – Civil. · Report writing and business and technical correspondence. · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. · Data Analysis. · Team leadership. · Conflict and grievance resolution. · Related Field Experience: 8 – 10 Years · Preferred Requirements: o PMP certification is a plus o Any additional qualification to the Engineering degree
