Having said that… OUR CORE VALUES WORK HARD & HAVE FUN DOING IT OWN IT FAITH FAMILIES FIRST GROWTH-DRIVEN MINDSET Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages and leads the Repair Department's daily activities to ensure quality performance, exceptional customer satisfaction, and profitability Oversees the evaluation and selling of projects to include customer education and agreement on the reconstruction process Monitors, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely project execution and project costs Review and approve exceptions to policy or practice to understand the root cause to avoid repetitive issues Maintain workflow by monitoring incoming and outgoing workloads; observe employee performance and customer interaction data; monitor personnel and resources; study the customer interaction process and recommend changes to improve efficiency as operational changes are adjusted; implement process changes; develop reporting procedures and systems and facilitate changes to correct inefficiencies within processes. Assess project and customer service needs level and adjust by assigning resources; set work result standards; establish priorities; monitor progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; report results of the process flow on performance production summaries Provide performance metrics by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing staff performance records, labor hours and material cost, customer satisfaction scores, and meeting program guidelines Resolve personnel and performance problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action Develop staff by engaging staff in their personal growth and development and ensuring they have the necessary training to perform their roles Other duties as required Requirements Required Skills and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of 5 years’ construction project experience/management, preferably working in the restoration industry and with a high school diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience Leadership – Experience managing/supervising multi-disciplinary teams Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams Good knowledge of different business functions including budgeting and finance Experience compiling and analyzing data to improve process efficiencies Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
