Our client is an owner-managed company in the field of transport infrastructure and construction site logistics, realizing demanding projects in southern Germany. As part of a sustainable expansion of their locations, we are seeking a commercially strong Project Manager/Construction Manager to fill the role of Branch Manager for Transport Infrastructure (m/f/d) at their branch in the Heilbronn/Ludwigsburg area.

Your tasks:

Site management: Commercial, economic and personnel management of the branch
Core business: Cost calculation, offer preparation, change order management and tender support (public sector & private sector)
Management: Coordination, deployment planning and motivation of the well-established, approximately 13-member team (construction management & assembly)
Network: Central, competent contact person for municipalities, authorities and large construction partners
Note: You free up your teams to focus on operational tasks – the emphasis is on the commercial overview, not on active construction site implementation!

Your profile:

Education: Civil engineer, master craftsman/technician in the construction industry or a commercial-technical career changer with the necessary vision
Experience: Initial solid professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in construction or project management (e.g. road construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or similar environment) is sufficient – we will provide targeted further development.
Knowledge: Initial exposure to the common regulations (VOB, StVO, RSA) is nice, but not a mandatory requirement.
Personality: Strong communicator, decisive, appreciative leadership style and willing to act flexibly when necessary.
Mobility: Driving licence class B
