Construction Manager for Renovation Projects (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

: - Coordination and management of construction projects with a focus on steel construction and roof structures

- Construction management and supervision of renovation and brownfield projects

- Management and coordination of external companies on the construction site

- Ensuring the timely, high-quality, and professional execution of construction measures

- Coordination with project stakeholders and relevant interfaces

- Support of construction projects from planning to implementation

Your profile

: - Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience in structural analysis, especially for steel construction and roof structures

- Expertise in managing demanding renovation or brownfield projects

- Practical experience in construction management and coordination of external companies

- Good written and spoken German skills

- Willingness to work predominantly On-site work, home office partially possible.
