JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.   • Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Oversee construction inspections to monitor work progress and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
  • Implement effective project management techniques to optimize workflow and efficiency.
