Your profile:

You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, building technology or a comparable qualification.
Alternatively, you have completed further training as a technician or another suitable construction or technical qualification, for example in the field of building technology, structural engineering, building management or technical building equipment.
They have several years of experience in managing, coordinating or supporting construction, conversion, renovation or building management projects.
They have a good understanding of technical and structural relationships and can translate requirements into structured project work.
They work in an organized and reliable manner and coordinate effectively with internal and external contacts.
They communicate clearly and respectfully and have good German skills, both spoken and written.

Your tasks:

Client representative: They support the project management in all tasks on and around the construction site and represent the owner's side.
Project management: You will take on management, construction supervision and controlling tasks of a technical and economic nature.
New construction project: You are part of the team for the implementation of a large new construction project that includes a residential care facility, assisted living apartments, administrative units, an assembly hall and infrastructure facilities.
Interface management: You actively work at the interface between users, planners and executing companies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Design: With your passion for construction projects, you contribute to enabling a more independent life for our residents.
