GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our Construction team on a project based in North Parkes NSW

This position would suit a Construction Manager who has a proven track record of success in delivering large and complex construction projects , preferably within the EPC and EPCM sectors.

The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a 2x1 FIFO or DIDO roster from NSW or QLD (other states will be considered)

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring proper training and support for all personnel, and meeting HSE standards.
  • Cultivating a positive and productive work culture for a diverse team of supervisors and engineers.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication with client representatives.
  • Driving project success by managing budget, schedule, and overall project delivery.
  • Overseeing all construction operations on-site, from project commencement to commissioning and handover.
  • Reviewing site plans to ensure alignment with project objectives throughout the construction phase.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with GRES/Client policies, industry standards, and safe work procedures.
