About the Role:
The Construction Manager coordinates and ensures full-circle transmission line project deliverables. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects from pre-construction through project completion. Assignments typically include managing project safety, material handling, quality, schedule, cost control, field activities, and subcontracts. Overnight travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical construction industry required
• High school diploma or GED is required

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Journeyman-level skills and training, journeyman ticket preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Self-starter who is comfortable in an autonomous environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
