Job Description: Conduct on-site observations of the Work in progress to determine compliance with contract documents.  Review shop drawing and plans for conformity.  Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors.   Attend weekly meetings, review site testing and reports for Quality adherence.  Review monthly schedule and pay estimate updates.  Track action logs, generate punch lists, and project close out duties. Daily onsite accountability is required with project needs and schedule demands. Solid communication and organizational skills.   Qualifications/Skills required: A minimum of 5 years in field management roles is required.   Understanding of CM duties is required with proven project experience in Wastewater, Water Treatment, and Water Conveyance fields.  Firm understanding of soils, concrete, and building trades inspection criteria. Possesses and maintains valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
