Your responsibilities will include

: - Providing expert advice and support to existing clients and acquiring new clients

- Managing the technical and commercial aspects of renovation and refurbishment projects

- Handling tenders, cost calculations, and work preparation

- Serving as the on-site contact person for clients, suppliers, and employees

- Ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion

Your qualifications

: - You hold a degree in civil engineering, technology, or a master craftsman qualification (e.g., painter/plasterer)

- Experience in the complete management of construction sites for both renovation and new construction

- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, independence, and a passion for teamwork

- Proficient in standard office applications

- Ambitious career starters are welcome and will receive targeted and systematic training

- Proficient in MS Office standard software
