Your tasks

• Work planning in the field of earthworks
• Coordination of materials and planning of earthmoving equipment deployment
• Management of subcontractors and scheduling of own staff
• Billing, quantity surveying and support for the work calculation of the sub-projects to be supervised
• Responsibility for results under the leadership of a senior site manager
• Change order management and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, geosciences or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in the execution and construction management of earthworks projects is an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of the necessary equipment and construction techniques in earthworks
• Technical understanding of construction processes, knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, and confident use of digital tools
• Ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors and construction site operations
• Motivation, commitment, resilience and flexibility
