Your tasks

  • Independent management and control of construction phases or trades on large industrial construction sites
  • Coordination and management of all subcontractors and interface partners
  • Ensuring deadlines, costs and quality within the respective area of ​​responsibility
  • Monitoring and control of the construction process, including progress tracking and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with high technical standards, particularly in the areas of building construction, building services engineering and infrastructure construction (in close cooperation with the building services engineering site managers: Interior)
  • Close collaboration with project management, specialist planning and clients
  • Enforcement and further development of occupational safety and environmental (HSE) standards
  • Preparation of daily construction reports, measurements, acceptances, and participation in change order/billing and claim management.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering (TGA) or comparable qualification
  • Solid professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d) in the field of: industrial construction, plant engineering or power plant construction. Alternatively, experience in complex building construction with a high degree of technical integration.
  • Experience in handling large-scale projects or EPC projects is desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C as well as experience using scheduling and cost control tools such as MS Project, Primavera
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as assertiveness.
  • Experience in coordinating complex trades and large subcontractor structures
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work on construction sites at the project locations (Werderland/Stilow)
