Description

Your tasks

  • Management and coordination of construction execution and implementation for machinery and equipment, pipelines, instrumentation and control technology on the construction site, e.g. within the framework of EPCM projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost and quality specifications.
  • Monitoring and control of subcontractors and coordination of construction partners
  • Interface coordination between client, project management, planning and executing companies
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines on the construction site
  • Preparation of construction progress reports and documentation of relevant processes
  • Responsible for the completion and acceptance of the plant, participation in commissioning and handover to the customer

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in site management/construction supervision, ideally in large-scale EPCM projects in the chemical, oil, gas or industrial construction sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, contract and change order management
  • Experience in dealing with subcontractors and international project structures
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for deployment on national and European construction sites
  • Proficient use of MS Office and common digital construction and project management tools
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented work style.
