The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to support a major capital improvement program at LAX focused on modernizing passenger terminals and enhancing overall airport operations. Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction activities on active job sites Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders Monitor project schedule, budget, and overall progress Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues Lead coordination meetings and maintain strong communication across teams Review and support resolution of change orders and construction challenges 10+ years of construction management experience (airport experience highly preferred) Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+) Strong understanding of construction methods and project lifecycle Ability to lead in complex, active environments with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required) Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PM systems We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
