Job Summary Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee major road and infrastructure projects across the U.A.E. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise road and infrastructure construction activities from planning to handover Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments Prepare progress reports and provide strategic insights to senior management Resolve site-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 10+ years’ experience in the U.A.E in roads and infrastructure projects Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
