The current Managing Director will assume a responsible role within the holding company. 

We are seeking a highly qualified leader to fill the position of Managing Director of Construction (m/f/d) who will play a key role in shaping and driving the future direction of the company.

- Financial and budget responsibility

- Quality assurance and occupational safety

- Contract management and compliance

- Ensuring long-term competitiveness in the market

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

- Completed studies in a relevant construction or real estate-related field (e.g., civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, architecture, business administration with a focus on construction/real estate management, construction project management, etc.)

- Several years of experience in a comparable management position 

- Sound knowledge of building construction and civil engineering is essential

- Ideally, experience in the real estate industry 

- Familiarity with the structures of a medium-sized company

- Excellent written and spoken German skills
