Job description:

We are expanding our team and are filling this position in Düsseldorf, Aachen, Bocholt, Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg, Essen, Cologne, Krefeld, Lüdenscheid, Mönchengladbach, Münster and Wuppertal.

Your job

- You will independently manage construction projects (phases 6 to 9)

- You will be responsible for creating specifications and preparing tender documents

- You will also independently organize, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of construction site processes for a wide variety of projects

- You will ensure and optimize quality standards and coordinate the interface with clients, internal departments, subcontractors, and public institutions

- You will also be responsible for project-related performance and cost control and the invoicing of all construction services, including warranty management .

Your potential

- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering

- You have initial professional experience in construction management, but motivated individuals starting their careers are also welcome

- You have knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, tendering software (e.g., Orca or Rib iTwo), and the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB)

- You have excellent German language skills

- A Class B driver's license is required

- Your strengths include your communication skills, diplomatic skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
