Job description:

Our client is a leading project developer in private residential construction and an established player in the German real estate industry. With nearly 200 employees, the company plays a key role in the planning and development of this region.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Construction Manager for

 Building Construction (m/f/d) for turnkey projects at our Düsseldorf location, starting as soon as possible. Ref. No.: PVW015PL

Your responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the independent management of demanding building construction projects in the condominium sector

- Client support, including advising on and handling special requests

- You will be responsible for cost, quality, and schedule management throughout the entire project phase, taking into account technical, contractual, and economic aspects

- Conducting inspections and handovers

Your qualifications:

- A degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or a comparable qualification

- At least 3 years of professional experience in building construction

- Good technical and commercial understanding

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

- The ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
