We give buildings a face. As specialists in metal and facade construction, we realize sophisticated architectural projects from the initial sketch to final assembly. To ensure the successful completion of our projects throughout Germany, we are looking for a dedicated construction manager.

For our nationwide location, we are seeking:

Project Manager Construction / Site Manager Metal Construction / Facade Construction / Building Construction (m/f/d) Nationwide deployment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management and coordination of construction sites in facade and metal construction

- Control of deadlines, costs and quality

- Point of contact for clients, architects and project stakeholders

- Coordination of assembly teams and subcontractors

- Preparation of quantity surveys, construction diaries and site documentation

- Ensuring occupational safety and smooth construction processes

YOUR PROFILE

- Training or further education in construction, metal construction, facade construction or skilled trades

- Experience as a site manager, project manager or senior fitter in building construction, facade construction or metal construction is an advantage

- Junior site managers or technically skilled career changers are also welcome

- Strong organizational skills and structured work style

- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel for projects throughout Germany

- Sense of responsibility and initiative
