Horst Mierzwa Straßen- und Tiefbau GmbH boasts over 30 years of experience. Horst Mierzwa founded the medium-sized company in Apensen, Lower Saxony, back in 1984.

To fully exploit the company's significant growth potential, a branch office was established in the Port of Hamburg at the beginning of 2012, in addition to the existing headquarters in Apensen. At the same time, Christian Mierzwa joined the company and, following a successful acquisition, now manages the Hamburg headquarters.

The certified company undertakes projects in road construction, civil engineering, concrete construction, and cable laying, as well as providing engineering services.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Construction Manager / Project Manager in Hamburg (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities include

: - Coordination and organization of our own employees and subcontractors, including site management

- Conducting client negotiations and on-site meetings with the client, architects, and engineering firms

- Billing of construction sites

- Preparation and enforcement

of change orders - Monitoring of construction progress and performance review of site results.

Our requirements

: - Technical degree or technical training (graduates preferred)

- Knowledge of standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Commitment and an independent and dedicated work ethic

- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
