Construction Manager / Site Supervisor for Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d) in Berlin

. Löser Personalberatung has been successfully filling specialist and management positions in the Berlin area since 2005. Our focus is on civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, and medical technology.

Our client, based in Berlin Grünau, has specialized for over 20 years in the management and commercial and technical administration of shopping centers, retail parks, and office properties. This also includes the development and implementation of revitalization and optimization concepts, planned and executed by their in-house architecture department. With great dedication and passion, approximately 50 employees at seven locations ensure that the properties entrusted to them are successfully guided through current challenges and prepared for the future.

We are looking for a Junior or Senior Construction Manager specializing in construction projects in shopping centers and hotels, starting immediately, as

a Construction Manager/Supervisor for Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d).

You will be responsible for the realization of demanding construction projects in the shopping centers and hotels we manage throughout Germany. These are mostly existing properties, but also include some new construction and expansion projects. Your responsibilities encompass phases 6, 7, and 8 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for revitalizations, re-leasing, and modernizations.

These are your main tasks:

- You participate in tenders and contracts

- You create and maintain schedules and cost plans

- You conduct and document construction meetings and coordinate all project stakeholders, such as specialist planners, construction companies, tradespeople, and experts

- You manage, monitor, and document construction site processes and execution to ensure quality, deadlines, and costs

- You monitor safety on the construction site, conduct construction inspections according to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), and accompany expert and official inspections

- You are responsible for checking invoices, project accounting, and the associated documentation.

You should have:

- Training and professional experience in a skilled trade, e.g., as a drywall installer, carpenter, exhibition stand builder, electrician, etc., or be a civil engineer or have a comparable qualification, e.g., a master craftsman or technician certification.

- Several years of professional experience: As a Senior Construction Manager, you will manage construction sites independently; as a Junior Construction Manager, you will initially be mentored and trained by an experienced Construction Manager.

- Applicable knowledge of construction law, fire protection, and building construction is essential

. - You are proficient in MS Office and interested in the digital processing of construction projects

. - You have excellent written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level) and are willing to travel within Germany.
