Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

- Participation in or independent management of construction sites

- Planning, organization, and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality

- Coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Measurement, invoicing, and management of change orders and invoices

- Participation in tenders, contracts, and contract specifications

- Leadership and support of construction site teams

- Ensuring construction quality and compliance with all regulations

- Acceptance testing, site inspections, and project documentation

- Collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders

- Participation in the optimization of construction processes and procedures

Your profile:

- Degree in civil engineering or qualification as a technician/master craftsman

- Initial or several years of experience in construction management

- Knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) will facilitate your start

- Experience in cost management, scheduling, and invoicing

- Independent, structured, and responsible work style

- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and commitment 

- Proficient in MS Office, ideally construction/BIM software

- Class B driver's license
