Our client is part of an internationally operating group of companies and implements demanding projects in the field of telecommunications and network infrastructure. In addition to the expansion of modern 5G mobile communication sites, their range of services includes, in particular, the planning and construction of steel lattice towers and smart tower solutions.

For the further expansion of our tower construction team in the Southwest and West regions, we are looking for a

Construction Manager for Mobile Communications Tower Construction (m/f/d).

Your tasks

: - You will be responsible for the construction management of mobile communications tower projects – from planning to commissioning

. - You will manage projects involving steel lattice towers and smart tower solutions

. - You will participate in site inspections.

- You will prepare measurements and quotations based on existing framework agreement prices

. - You will coordinate and plan all participating trades, internal departments, and contractors

. - You will ensure adherence to quality, deadlines, and costs.

- You will participate in customer meetings and site inspections.

- You will resolve technical and organizational challenges directly on-site.

- You will document construction progress and oversee the handover of completed sites.

What you bring:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or foreman in the construction sector.

- Professional experience in foundation construction and/or steel construction, e.g. For example, in block foundations, pile foundations, wind turbines, or cell phone towers

- Good MS Office skills and experience with billing and calculation programs

- Technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and economic thinking

- Independent and safety-oriented work

ethic - Ability to work at heights / G41 certification

- Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license

- Good German language skills; English or Polish are an advantage

Experience in the mobile communications sector is desirable, but not required.
