We are currently seeking:

Construction Manager for Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

for direct placement!

Your responsibilities:

- You will independently manage and coordinate our civil engineering projects.

- You will ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

. - You will plan personnel deployment and organize the construction site workflow.

- You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers.

- You will keep a constant eye on deadlines, costs, and quality.

- You will conduct construction meetings with clients, authorities, and engineering firms.

- You will create quantity surveys, check invoices, and assist with invoicing.

- You will document construction progress and ensure a smooth project flow.

Your profile:

- A degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.

- Alternatively, further training as a technician or master craftsman in civil engineering.

- Professional experience in construction management is an advantage.

- Knowledge of civil engineering, road construction, sewer construction, or pipeline construction.

- Proficient in MS Office and construction-specific software.

- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.

- Class B driver's license.
