To expand our team at our Frankfurt location, we are looking for a new team member for the Rhine-Main region as soon as possible.

Construction manager (m/f/d) for turnkey residential construction

What you can expect:

Independent monitoring and coordination of construction sites in the NRW region with regard to quality, deadlines and costs – to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
They are the point of contact for subcontractors and customers (special requests) – to ensure smooth communication and cooperation during the construction process.
They are responsible for carrying out acceptances and handovers and ensure the successful completion of the project as well as high customer satisfaction.
They manage the billing and supplementary invoice processing.

What we expect from you:

A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification – your expertise forms the basis for exciting projects.
Several years (5+) of experience in multi-story residential construction – you are intimately familiar with the processes and requirements in this field.
Independent, structured and systematic way of working – you organize your tasks efficiently and responsibly.
Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness and cost-conscious thinking – you drive projects forward and always keep track of everything.
Experience in customer service – you impress with your strong communication skills and service orientation.
Proficient use of PCs and MS Office products – you work professionally and are digitally skilled.
