Due to continued growth, we are seeking a

Construction Manager (m/f/d) for Work Preparation at our Munich location for direct placement, starting as soon as possible. Ref. No.: PVW017PL

Your responsibilities:

- Independent review and evaluation of plans from external architects and specialist planners (m/f/d)

- Review of all planning documents necessary for the construction of the houses

- Review and/or participation in the preparation of building specifications

- Coordination of work preparation, handover to purchasing or construction management, and cost estimation

- Monitoring and support of the construction process

- Development and updating of standard products/details

- Participation in the conception of innovative, economical house types through energy optimization, etc.

- You will work in the project development team and support the "Costing" department.

Your qualifications:

- A completed degree in architecture or comparable qualification

- At least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field

- Good technical and commercial understanding

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

- Good German language skills
