Construction Manager – Building Construction (m/f/d)

Profile:

- Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification – (alternatively, several years of experience as a foreman)

- Several years of experience in construction management in building construction is desirable

- Proficient in MS Office and common accounting and costing software

- Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational skills

- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor

- Team-oriented, structured, and independent work style

Your tasks:

- As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the independent management of our building construction projects – from work preparation to successful handover.

- You actively participate in projects, manage all stakeholders, and keep a constant eye on quality, deadlines, and budget.

- Competent contact person for clients, authorities, and project stakeholders

- Negotiation and awarding of supplier and subcontractor services

- Invoicing of construction services and conducting change order negotiations

- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and health and safety regulations.
