Job description:

EQU1 GmbH is a construction company based in the Augsburg and Munich area. For our current and upcoming construction projects, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as

a Construction Manager / Project Manager for Building Construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible

. Your responsibilities will include:

- Independent management and control of our construction sites

- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and trades

- Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost

control - Monitoring construction progress according to plans and applicable technical specifications

- Conducting and documenting construction meetings

- Reviewing measurements and invoices

- Supporting the tendering and commissioning of subcontractors

- Coordination with planners, specialist engineers, authorities, and project stakeholders

- Acceptance and defect management

- Regular reporting on construction progress, costs, and deadlines.

Your profile:

- Several years of professional experience in construction management for building construction

- Experience in both residential and commercial/industrial construction

- Education or studies in civil engineering, construction technology, architecture, or a comparable practical qualification

- Sound knowledge of construction processes and various trades

- Independent and structured work style

- Assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach

- Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking

- Experience working with subcontractors and project participants

- Class B driver's license.

Experienced foremen, construction technicians, or skilled workers in building construction with relevant construction site experience are also expressly welcome.
