Responsibilities / Main tasks

• Responsibility for the holistic execution of construction projects in the field of turnkey construction
• Monitoring and adherence to schedule, costs and quality standards
• Coordination and management of the trades and subcontractors
• Conducting regular construction meetings
• Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Contact person for building owners, authorities and other project stakeholders
• Control and monitoring of construction site progress; quality control and assurance
