YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in project preparation, awarding of supplier and subcontractor services, and negotiations with clients and project stakeholders
- Maintaining the construction file and ensuring all relevant documentation
- Responsibility for compliance with quality requirements and deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection guidelines
- Close collaboration with project management
- Taking on tasks and responsibilities as a construction manager for facades on our construction sites
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed vocational training in a skilled trade and further training as a technician or master craftsman; several years of professional experience are desirable
- Alternatively, a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or project management
- Interest in thorough training in our projects and in gradually taking on responsibility
- High level of commitment, motivation, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Leadership qualities and assertiveness
