With a team of approximately 50 dedicated employees, they implement demanding projects for public clients, clubs, and businesses – from new construction and renovation to the long-term maintenance of sports and leisure facilities, making them a leading contact throughout Germany.

We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) to succeed the current team member and oversee projects in the greater Leipzig area, with a daily commute of up to 200 km. The focus will be on civil engineering.


Responsibilities:


- Independent management and supervision of construction projects in the field of sports facility construction (civil engineering, earthworks, surfaces, infrastructure)

- Coordination and control of construction sites within a radius of up to 200 km around Leipzig & Torgau 

- Carrying out measurements, invoicing and monitoring, as well as processing change orders

- Point of contact for clients, subcontractors and internal project stakeholders

- Ensuring the on-time, high-quality and budget-compliant completion of construction projects

- Organization and management of the construction site team as well as monitoring occupational safety

- Cost control


Requirements:


- Professional experience in construction management, ideally in civil engineering or sports facility construction

- Good knowledge of cost calculation, construction contract law (VOB) and change order management

- Independent, structured work style as well as organizational talent

- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel to regional construction sites in the above area
