On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) specializing in quantity surveying through a recruitment agency. All our services are non-binding and free of charge.

Your responsibilities:

- Creating quantity surveys according to the bill of quantities (BOQ) for bids

- Creating quantity surveys from plans

- Measuring specific positions according to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), on the construction site using lasers and

measuring tapes

- Processing the results in the office

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training as a construction technician, bricklayer, or further training as a master bricklayer and concrete construction specialist or master plasterer (m/f/d)

- Experience with VOB

- Experience in quantity surveying

- Proficiency in MS Office

- High degree of accuracy / personal responsibility / self-management / initiative -
