As a construction manager, your responsibilities will include the management, organization, and cost-effective execution of our bridge and structural steel construction projects.

In detail:

- Taking over the management of construction sites until handover to the customer according to the construction contracts

- Planning, preparation and execution of assembly work, i.e. technical and commercial order processing including performance recording and acceptance of subcontractor services

- Monitoring and compliance with planning, regulations and standards, as well as the budget and quality and safety standards

- Coordination with customers, partners and suppliers on site

- Construction site supervision including logistics, contracted external companies and own employees

Profile:

- Ideally a degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering or completed technical training and/or several years of experience in a comparable position (e.g. foreman)

- Extensive knowledge in the field of steel construction and practical experience in the implementation of construction projects

- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel

- Ability to work at heights

- High motivation, commitment, teamwork skills as well as an independent and responsible work ethic

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
