Location: Lübeck

Salary: €50,000-€65,000/year

Your new daily work routine

- You'll take the lead on our construction sites – from employees and trainees to temporary workers

- You'll coordinate installation assignments in the field of building technology as well as commercial and industrial plants

- You'll create measurements for invoicing and monitor the quality of the installations

- You'll ensure safety: You'll always keep occupational safety and legal requirements in mind

- You'll handle change order management and confidently lead construction meetings

✅ What we're looking for

- You have completed vocational training as an electrician for energy and building technology

- You possess sound technical knowledge in the field of electrical engineering

- You have successfully completed further training as a construction manager

- You are assertive, work independently, and communicate clearly and in a team-oriented manner

- Your social skills and your confident and friendly demeanor make you a true team leader

- Ideally, you have a driver's license (Class B)
