Construction Manager for Ship Electrical Systems (m/f/d)

Location: Lübeck

Salary: €50,000-€65,000/year

We are looking for a Construction Manager for Ship Electrical Systems (m/f/d) for a permanent position with our client, starting immediately. Your tasks

- You will be responsible for personnel planning and managing the deployment of the fitters

- You will independently carry out installation work, maintaining high-quality standards and later handing over the system to the customers

- You will monitor deadlines, maintain construction diaries and handle general site correspondence, and prepare change orders and invoicing documents before and after work

- You will take care of instructing and coordinating employees and subcontractors

- And you will ensure continuous reporting to the project managers

✅ What you bring

- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering

- You already have several years of professional experience as a senior fitter (m/f/d) and in construction management

- You have good English skills (min. B1)

- You demonstrate assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a high level of personal commitment
