Project Manager / Construction Manager / Master Craftsman / Technician / Bachelor (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering

Your responsibilities:

- Project management & construction coordination

- Independent management and control of electrical projects (new and existing buildings)

- Organization and monitoring of construction site processes

- Coordination of fitters, subcontractors, and partner trades

- Technical and commercial responsibility

- Preparation of offers, cost estimates, and change orders

- Material and personnel planning

- Schedule and cost control throughout the entire project duration

- Communication & customer support

- Point of contact for building owners, architects, and general contractors

- Participation in construction meetings

- Ensuring high-quality execution

- Documentation & acceptance

- Construction site documentation and measurements

- Preparation and attendance at acceptance inspections

• - Handover of projects to the customer
