Your future responsibilities
include: leading and managing demanding building construction and industrial projects, including responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality. Examples include:
structural work for functional buildings, foundations, etc
.; smaller projects in road construction
; structural work on existing buildings
; turnkey projects for industry (halls, social buildings, etc.)
; leading and developing construction site teams, site managers, and skilled workers
; coordinating subcontractors, planning partners, and internal interfaces
; ensuring occupational safety, environmental standards, and efficient resource utilization, as well as optimizing construction processes
; ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards (e.g., VOB, etc.)
; and actively participating in strategic processes and the further development of the department.
