For a company in the field of project management and construction planning in building construction, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) for their location in Chemnitz.

What you can expect:

- Project management and control across all project phases and areas of responsibility

- Execution and coordination of permitting processes in construction projects, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, water and landfill, and flood damage remediation

- Regular reporting and preparation of decision-making documents for clients and internal stakeholders

- Identification and assessment of project risks, as well as development and implementation of measures for conflict resolution and risk minimization

What you bring to the table:

- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, industrial engineering with a focus on construction technology, or comparable qualifications

- Initial knowledge of construction and project management, ideally with experience in infrastructure and hydraulic engineering projects

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects in a structured manner

- Excellent teamwork skills, combined with assertiveness and strong communication skills

- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 2 days every week)
